Three-year-old Harlow got a ride in the cart yesterday as she and her dad Joel Madden stopped off to pick up a few groceries at Whole Foods in Beverly Hills, California (February 23). Love those cute curls!
Mom Nicole Richie recently revealed that she is quite strict when it comes to Harlow and her little brother Sparrow's diet, saying that "sugar is obviously a big no-no."
