Britney Spears Is Planning To Countersue Her Ex-Bodyguard

Britney Spears is mad y�??all! The pop princess, who is being sued by a former body guard accusing her of sexual harassment as well as abusing her kids, is planning on fighting back.Spears is reportedly planning a lawsuit of her own in hopes of sending a message to other ex-celebrity employees. And she has the support of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, to do so. The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that a source close to Spears said;

�??Kevin told Britney she should do it and she strongly agreed that winning this case and forcing Flores to pay - big time - may help quash other future nuisance lawsuits against celebrities. Like the ones you often see filed by disgruntled, fired ex-employees - like nannies, housekeepers, drivers and bodyguards."

Britney thinks that by proving her innocence and forcing Flores to foot the bill for her legal team that will be deterrent enough to other ex-celebrity employees not to try the same thing. Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Caplan, stated that;

"He is satisfied the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem."
